Edit photos on HTC U12 + download from gb instagram

Hi everybody.
I have an HTC U12 +
My job must use photos on instagram.
That is why I downloaded the gb instagram apk.
But for some reason the images I downloaded on it were very blurry.
Probably because I installed it wrong.
Can everyone show me?
