Stuck on set store location after update

Viveport was working fine before the update, once I did it's just stuck on set store location, all rules in the Firewall are enabled, tried disabling it + windows defender and still it doesn't work

Is maybe a problem with my living in Israel or something? cause I don't know what to do right now
